ISU Softball Team Prepares for Conference Season: Interview with Kennedy Dudley and Coach Kar

The Idaho State University softball team has been hard at work preparing for their conference season. I sat down with sophomore player Kennedy Dudley and Coach Karlee Johnson, aka "Coach Kar", to get all the updates on how the team is doing.

Currently in their preseason, the team has been travelling every weekend for tournaments in other states. With the busy schedule, the girls have not only been travelling and playing games, but practicing, weight training, and cardio training in preparation for the season. Coach Kar and Kennedy walked me through strategies, team chemistry, "day in the life" of a softball athlete, and more in this feature interview.
