KISU's GM Jamon Anderson tells Ryan Sargent his Bengal Tale

April 5, 2021 Episode of Bengal Tales - Ryan Sargent welcomes newly minted KISU General Manager Jamon Anderson. Jamon, who was hired as KISU's interim general manager in 2019, assumed the permanent position in March. Anderson has been a member of the station's management team since 2005. 

Jamon Anderson, an Idaho native and graduate of Idaho State University, lives in Blackfoot with his wife, Cyndi, three teenage children, and two golden-doodles.  He previously served as KISU’s Program Director and has been a member of the KISU-FM management team since 2005.

Jamon believes in KISU’s valuable service to both the university and the community and he thinks he has the best job in the world.  Some of his professional goals for KISU include creating new programming partnerships, the further development of local news production, and the expansion of KISU’s digital distribution capabilities.

Jamon Anderson has served with KISU FM since 2003 in many capacities including show-host, newscaster, announcer, board operator, production specialist, engineering assistant, automation and programs manager. He is currently KISU's General Manager.
