Sustainable Idaho: Microreactors with David Shropshire

Continuing our informative series on clean energy in collaboration with Idaho National Laboratory, this week we interviewed David Shropshire, who has been with the lab for over thirty years researching and specializing in the economics of nuclear power. Shropshire has also worked with the European Commission Joint Research Center among other prominent scientific organizations. We will discuss microreactor technology, its varied uses, and potential drawbacks.

Brianna is an undergraduate at Idaho State University who is currently pursuing a degree in communications with an emphasis in journalism with hopes of becoming an independent journalist. Her interest in sustainability stems from a love of nature and innovations. Her favorite topics in sustainability are agriculture and infrastructure.
