ISU Onstage features works by ISU Commercial Music Program

For this week, we will be listening to recordings from the ISU jazz and commercial music programs. Director of Jazz Studies and Commercial Music Professor Jonathan Armstrong focused on small group recording projects this semester due to COVID restrictions. All of the music you will hear on tonight’s program was recorded and mixed by students and faculty.

First we will hear from Professor Armstrong on how the semester came together before going into the music.
