The Prepare to Roar Campaign raised $600,000 thanks to 465 donors

The recent Prepare to Roar Campaign launched by ISU Athletics surpassed its lofty goal of raising $500,000.

In a letter to donors seen by KISU, Athletic Director Pauline Thiros thanked the Bengal nation.

"We did it, and YOU made it happen! While our original goal was to raise $500,000 during the Prepare to Roar campaign, YOU went above and beyond as we finished with well over $600,000 raised thanks to an incredible 465 donors — and gifts are still coming in! On behalf of all of our student-athletes, coaches, and staff, THANK YOU. Your support is a critical difference maker and helps our department ensure that all of our student-athletes are provided with the best possible experience. In addition, your support provides our department with the resources that we need to excel in the Big Sky Conference. Your pride means more, your gifts mean more, and we are thankful for your outstanding generosity to Idaho State University Athletics. Roar, Bengals, Roar" said Thiros.

According to a post by ISU Athletics, the funds will go towards athlete nutrition, medical care, academic support, facility enhancements, and more.
