In the final episode of our comprehensive series on pesticides and herbicides, we spoke to Bart Elmore. Mr. Elmore has authored many eye-opening books, including "Seed Money: Monsanto's Past and Our Food Future." We'll discuss a number of important topics with Mr. Elmore, including the harmful effects of herbicide-resistant crops and a sinister chemical by the name of Dicamba. We learn many unsettling facts; among them being that Dicamba is volatile and often drifts to neighboring farmland, effectively killing an unknowing farmer's yield. Mr. Elmore finishes with his ideas to move forward as a community and a society from the damaging effects of herbicides and pesticides.
