Procedures to Meet Transparency Policy and Requirements
KISU regularly posts the latest reports, documents, administrator contact information, board members, and date/time/location for public meetings. Responsibility for updating these materials falls on the coordinated effort of KISU's General Manager and the Digital Content Coordinator.

The general format of Regularly Scheduled Board meetings, unless otherwise noted, is:
- Work Session Wednesday afternoon
- Executive Session Wednesday evening
- Regular meeting Thursday all day
This format is subject to change. Please contact the Office of the State Board of Education or check the posted agenda to confirm start times. Any items that cannot be resolved on Thursday may be carried over to the following Friday.

Agendas for the regular board meetings are made available the Monday prior to the meeting.
Open Meetings
KISU-FM certifies that it complies with Open Meeting requirements. The State Board of Education is charged with the general supervision and governance of Idaho's public educational institutions and is required by Idaho law to hold meetings open to the public. For additional information about Idaho Code §§ 74-201 through 74-208, Idaho’s open meeting laws, please refer to the Idaho Open Meeting Law Manual.
