Dr. Misty Prigent is a graduate of the Doctor of Arts program in Political Science at Idaho State University. She serves as an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Columbia Basin College, where she teaches courses in American Government and International Relations. Dr. Prigent enjoys incorporating an interdisciplinary approach to her teaching, drawing on her background in both Anthropology and Political Science to enrich her students' learning experiences. Her research interests include border studies and the intersection of culture and politics, which she actively integrates into her classroom discussions.
