After a nationwide search, Athletic Director Pauline Thiros appointed Andrew Rich as the new ISU Women's Softball coach in July 2021.

Coach Rich brings to the field a new coaching philosophy and a wealth of experience from his time at Boise State. Gearing up for eight offseason fall games, Coach Rich hopes to impress local fans and create a buzz around the team.
