Position Description
KISU-FM seeks to fill one student CPI position for a local news writer and reporter. This employee will be an important member of KISU’s local news team. Primary duties include researching breaking news stories, writing radio news scripts, and recording short newscasts for KISU’s morning and afternoon programming. Undergraduate students must have junior or senior standing to apply for ISU CPI positions.

Audio Board Operator / Athletics Broadcast Engineer (CPI)
Start date: August 29, 2026
Employment term: Early September – Mid-March
Hours: 6–18 hours per week
Position Description
KISU-FM is home to all ISU Football, Women’s Basketball, and Men’s Basketball radio broadcasts. The Audio Board Operator / Athletics Broadcast Engineer plays a key role in delivering these live broadcasts to listeners by managing live sources at the PSUB KISU studio during live athletics broadcasts.
Undergraduate students must have junior or senior standing to apply for ISU CPI positions.
