Idaho State track and field travels to two meets this weekend. The Bengals will be Walnut, California for the MT. Sac Relays. This event will be hosted at Hilmer Lodge Stadium. The Orange and Black will also send athletes to compete at the Beach Invitational hosted by Long Beach State University at Jack Rose Stadium.

The Bengals compete Wednesday April 13 - Saturday, April 16.

The Bengals are coming off a successful weekend at Utah State and are looking to continue their momentum in both meets.

Regional rankings have been released by the Track and Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

On the women’s side the Bengals are coming in at No.15 in the Mountain Region.

The men are ranked at No.16 in the Mountain Region.

Looking Ahead

After the MT. Sac Relays/Long Beach Invite, the Bengals head to Provo, Utah to compete in the BYU Robison Invitational April 22 (Fri) - April 23 (Sat).

Rachel was born and raised in Pocatello and is now studying for a Master’s degree in Public Administration. Rachel is a student-athlete on both ISU’s Track and Cross-Country teams. When Rachel isn’t running, she enjoys travelling, sleepy Sundays spent working in coffee shops and adventuring in Idaho’s wilderness. Her research interests include sustainable development, environmental policy and public policy theory.
