New Head Coach Cody Hawkins

In a public letter, ISU Athletic Director Pauline Thiros announced the appointment of a new head coach.

"Dear Bengal Family,

I could not be more excited to introduce you to our new Idaho State University Head Football Coach, Cody Hawkins!

I invite you to join President Kevin Satterlee and myself for his introduction at a meet and greet event this Sunday, December 11, at 3:00 P.M. (MT) in the Little Wood River Room in the Pond Student Union Building here on ISU’s Pocatello campus. This will be a special chance for you to meet Coach Hawkins and his family and hear him address you, the Bengal faithful, for the very first time.

Space for the event is limited so please respond to the RSVP link below, or, reach our Associate Athletic Director for Development, Crew Keller, by email or phone (crewkeller@isu.edu, 208-220-4773) so that we can plan for your attendance.

For those of you who will not be able to join us in person, this event will be broadcast live on ESPN+.

As always, I could not be more appreciative of your tremendous support as we navigated this change in leadership of our beloved program and I look forward to having you join us as we usher in a new era of football at ISU!

Roar, Bengals, Roar!"

A press conference is expected to take place on the ISU Pocatello campus on Sunday 11th Dec.
