In this episode of the Bengal Business Radio Show, host Dr. Alex Bollinger talks with MBA student Annely Magallanes about her journey from a small graduating class in St. Anthony to leading as student body president and Idaho State BPA president, and how those experiences fueled her passion for service, community kindness, and engagement at Idaho State University. They discuss the opportunities she has found in ISU’s College of Business, what it takes to balance heavy leadership roles with academics, and how faculty and staff support has helped prepare her for an exciting career after graduation.

Alex Bolinger is the Interim Dean and ICCU Endowed Professor of Management at Idaho State University’s College of Business. He earned his PhD in Management at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah and began his career outside of Philadelphia at Penn State Brandywine. Dr. Bolinger’s research focuses on groups and teams, entrepreneurship, the scholarship of teaching and learning, and opportunities for improving people’s experiences at work.
