Victor Dominguez, project manager at Curtiss-Wright and president of the Project Management Institute’s Eastern Idaho chapter, joins Dr. Alex Bollinger to discuss his career journey, the value of professional networking, and new opportunities for ISU students interested in project management.

From manufacturing and financial analysis to project management in the nuclear industry, Victor Dominguez shares how an MBA, PMP certification, resilience, and relationships helped shape his career. He also discusses PMI Eastern Idaho’s expanding regional role and its partnership with Idaho State University to launch a new student project management club.

Alex Bolinger, Ph.D.
Alex Bolinger is the Interim Dean and ICCU Endowed Professor of Management at Idaho State University’s College of Business. He earned his PhD in Management at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah and began his career outside of Philadelphia at Penn State Brandywine. Dr. Bolinger’s research focuses on groups and teams, entrepreneurship, the scholarship of teaching and learning, and opportunities for improving people’s experiences at work.
