Walk to End Alzheimer's Disease

The Alzheimer’s Association is hosting multiple events in our region this September. There is a walk in Twin Falls on September 7, in Pocatello/Chubbuck at Cotant Park on September 14, and in Idaho Falls at Snake River Landing on September 21. Registration and more information at alz.org/walk.

Shelly Jones is the Walk Manager for the Greater Idaho area and she visits with KISU's McKenzie Young about the events, volunteering, and alzheimer’s resources that are available. The Alzheimer's Association’s 24/7 Helpline is at 1-800-272-3900

There is no cost to participate in these walks. Many resource booths will be onsite with information and swag for attendees. Shelly Jones can be contacted by phone, at 208.223.7070, or by email at sjones@alz.org
