Cristie Remmel is a US Navy Veteran who served as a Hospital Corpsman with the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. She was attached to Marine Air Wing 39 of Camp Pendleton, California and deployed to Bahrain. Cristie has received the Fleet Marine Force Ribbon, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal with Globe Anchor and 2 Stars and the Kuwait Liberation Medal during her enlistment. After her Honorable discharge from the military, Cristie obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and her Master’s degree in Fine Art. Cristie is passionate about using her talents to help other Veterans and their families with her Marketing consulting business, Blu Dragonfly LLC.
