Henry Evans is the Associate Director of Equity and Inclusion at Idaho State University. Henry didn’t even know jobs like his existed when he was plowing through an undergraduate degree he wasn’t all that interested in. But he kept following what intrinsically interested him, and chipped away the things that didn’t. In the end he was left with a job that gives him joy and fulfillment on a daily basis.
