Hannah Sanger, the Division Manager of the Science and Environment Division in Pocatello, joins Nathan Grgeson to discuss the recent Clean Water Act violation by the Swinerton Builders, based out of California to discuss how funds from this fine will be used in Idaho.

They discuss the cause of the violation, what a Consent Decree is, how this Consent Decree will hold this company accountable, how the funds will be used, and how community members can get involved in keeping our rivers clean.
