  • Judge Rick Carnaroli, District Judge for the Sixth Judicial District in Bannock County, Idaho. He was appointed to the District Bench in January of 2018, by Idaho Governor “Butch” Otter. Judge Carnaroli’s case load includes civil and criminal matters and appeals from the Magistrate Division. He also helped establish and currently presides over the Veterans Treatment Court for the Sixth Judicial District.
