I am quite happy to have Grant Harville come on the show to discuss a great many things. Grant is a brilliant and profound musician, composer, performer, conductor, and human, and a good friend of many years.
We started off talking about what it means to be a composer in 2025, and then venture into other musical topics such as cheesy recordings of Handel, wild Ancient Greek musicians, charismatic ultra-processed snacks, R.E.M., and Bach’s synthesizer collection.
