Montana Shakespeare in the Parks at ISU Quad

This summer, Montana Shakespeare in the Parks is performing Shakespeare’s Hamlet on July 30 and The Winter’s Tale July 31 on the Idaho State University Quad. A Partnership with ISU Summer activities and Pocatello Arts Council, parking available this year on the street and at the Frazier Auditorium Parking lot.

Born from aspirations to bring the timeless tales of William Shakespeare directly to rural and under-served communities, Montana Shakespeare in the Parks has been enriching the lives of people in Montana, and beyond, for 52 seasons.

Associate Artistic Director with Montana Shakespeare in the Parks, Riley O'Toole, visits with KISU's McKenzie Young about the Pocatello performances and this outreach program based out of Montana State University. McKenzie began working at the station in 2003 while moseying her way through her undergraduate degree in Communication and Rhetorical studies [2012]. Her outgoing personality and involvement in various activities makes for a perfect fit to promote campus and community organizations and events*.
