The best weekend of the summer is almost here--Shady Grove--and this week's Alternative School is giving you a sneak peek of what's coming to FMC Park in Pocatello on July 18th & 19th. I have been in the broadcasting biz for almost 20 years, most of which was spent being a DJ and production director for a local classic rock station (KMGI-FM), and programming sports radio and ISU Football and Men's Basketball (KSEI-AM); the stations were sold in November 2014, and gave me the opportunity to raise my young son in a much larger capacity than full-time radio work had afforded me. I joined the KISU-FM staff part-time in August 2015, and am very excited to use my experience to help this stellar station continue on its path of excellence.
